Formal Hairstyle of the Week

Office Updo

For this hairstyle you will need lots of strong bobby pins, a teasing comb/normal comb, hairspray and a hairbrush to brush your hair at the very beginning.

Gently tease the crown and when finished, smooth over the top so you cannot see any tangles, the reason you are teasing your crown is to add some volume to the top  of your head for this updo.

You can now create a deep diagonal parting and the hair which is not your fringe can be gently back combed and put with the rest of the teased hair.

Take all of the hair from the ears upwards and pull to the back of your head. Wrap
the hair around one or two fingers, wrapping inwards, then secure in place with a strong bobby pin.

Split the bottom half of the hair into two and take one of the sections and do the same again, but this time bring it upwards and then roll inwards and bobby pin in place.

Do the same thing with the last piece of hair and when you have done that, while looking in a mirror at the back of your head, where the three rolls have been formed there will be small holes, or gaps which have not quite been filled in, to cover them up, gently pull on the outside of the rolls so hide them.

Finally, you may want to use hairspray to hold the hairstyle in place.

Thanks for reading this and I hope you are able to follow these instructions!!!!
